The oldest Bringlee Volkawagon progeny take to the stage
at the Border British Blue May Show and Sale
Bringlee Volkawagon was bought exactly three years ago by Netherhall Farms for 11,500gns at the 2005 May Show and Sale. His progeny are showing all the signs of height and muscling demonstrated by their sire .
Netherhall Farms have two bulls and two heifers by Volkawagon. They all exhibit stature, scope and exceptional loin muscle. Steve Pattinson also has a Volkawagon bull for Carlisle - he was Reserve Male Champion at the BBBC Calf show.
Below you will find pictures and details of the bulls for sale, followed by the two Volkawagon heifers from Netherhall Farms.

Lot 70 Netherhall Buster - an exceptional eye muscle score of 145
This July 06 bull was scanned in August 2007 and weighed 605kg and eye Muscle of 145 - Dave Kelly confirmed "It was one of the highest scores that Jim Barber has ever done."
Lot 111 Netherhall Costa - has excellent feet and legs
This 15 month bull is out of Paulerne Umi - a Blue cow bred by Ernie Hemmings that has never had her feet touched. Costa has excellent legs and feet and was photographed end of April. A well balanced very natural bull who was too young to scan last year.
Lot 113 Kelowna Charnock was Reserve Champion Male at the BBBC Calf Show
This is a very sweet, natural bull out of Kelowna Renee. Charnock is her fifth natural calf and he exhibits excellent muscle throught he loin. At 14 months he is long and well balanced. Steve said "This is a sweet and very genuine bull with a great loin".

Lot 142 Netherhall Brandy - the oldest daughter of Volkawagon sells at Carlisle
This 18 month heifer is full sister to Netherhall Buster - out of the Kilboy Victoria cow bought from the Bellas family. When scanned last August she weighed 525kg and had an eye muscle score of 100. Dave Kelly said "she has grown well and is a very powerful, tall heifer".

Lot 154 Netherhall Clevergirl - a very stylish VW heifer out of a Dafydd daughter
This 14 month old heifer has a lot of potential. She is long, well muscled and exhibits the potential we anticipated when crossing Dafydd with Volkawagon. This picture does not do her justice so make sure you take a look at her when she reaches the Show on Friday 16th May.
