Busiest day this year at Beef Expo 06

Large crowds watched the DVD of Dafydd D'Ochain

The weather was glorious, and many local dairy farmers were busy with silage, but the interest in Beef Expo was still exceptional. There were hundreds of beef farmers from around the country - and a particularly strong presence from Wales and Scotland.

           
The Norbreck Genetics stand was busy all day. In addition to promotional material, visitors inspected Springfield Anastasia - courtesy of the Wilkinson family. They were also introduced to the latest addition to the stud - Blue Stone Union Jack. Union Jack is a powerful black and white bull who drew media interest from TV crews as well as generating orders for semen.
